provided by Bang Proxies ("Bang Proxies," "we," "us,"
or "our"), you ("Member," "Customer," or "you") acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and
Bang Proxies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account,
purchase, or use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the required acceptance box and completing a purchase,
you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed
to these Terms.
Your acceptance constitutes your electronic agreement to these Terms
and is intended to have the same effect as a written agreement to the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree that your electronic acceptance, account activity, and
purchase records may be used as evidence of your agreement to these
Terms.
If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, do not purchase
or use our Services.
2. Services
Bang Proxies provides proxy services, including proxy access,
bandwidth, IP addresses, and related services ("Services").
Proxy availability, locations, speeds, latency, uptime, IP addresses,
and other technical characteristics may vary depending on the product
purchased and network conditions.
Bang Proxies does not guarantee that a proxy will work with every
website, application, platform, or service.
Third-party websites and services may block, restrict, rate-limit,
or otherwise limit proxy connections at any time.
3. No-Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By purchasing any Bang Proxies product or service, you expressly
acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable unless
a refund is specifically approved by Bang Proxies in writing.
You are agreeing to this No-Refund Policy before completing your
purchase.
Bang Proxies is under no obligation to provide a refund solely because:
- A proxy does not work with a particular website or platform.
- A third-party website blocks or restricts a proxy.
- A third-party service changes its policies or security systems.
- A proxy becomes incompatible with a particular application.
- You change your mind after purchasing.
- You no longer need the Services.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You failed to use the Services during the applicable service period.
- Your account or activity is restricted by a third party.
- You did not read these Terms before purchasing.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be issued when
expressly approved by Bang Proxies.
Any refund request must be submitted to Bang Proxies support. Approval
of a refund request is determined by Bang Proxies on a case-by-case
basis, subject to applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this
No-Refund Policy and acknowledge that you are purchasing
a digital service subject to these Terms.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive any non-waivable consumer
rights provided by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bang Proxies Services only for lawful purposes and
in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations.
You are solely responsible for activity conducted through your account
and proxy credentials.
You may not use our Services to:
- Commit or facilitate fraud, theft, or financial crimes.
- Conduct phishing, credential theft, or identity theft.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Conduct unauthorized access, hacking, or attacks against computer systems or networks.
- Conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intentionally harm another person.
- Engage in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to compromise, damage, disrupt, or interfere with our network or infrastructure.
- Operate services intended to facilitate illegal activity.
- Resell or redistribute proxy access without authorization from Bang Proxies.
- Attempt to circumvent restrictions imposed by Bang Proxies.
- Intentionally abuse or overload our network or infrastructure.
This list is not exhaustive. Bang Proxies reserves the right to
restrict or terminate activity that it reasonably determines creates
a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Bang Proxies
account, passwords, proxy credentials, API keys, and other access
information.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You agree not to share your account or proxy credentials with
unauthorized individuals.
If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised,
you must notify Bang Proxies as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Bandwidth & Usage
Services are subject to the bandwidth, traffic, connection, and other
limits associated with the product purchased.
You may not intentionally abuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with
Bang Proxies' network or infrastructure.
Bang Proxies may investigate unusual or suspicious usage patterns and
may temporarily restrict an account while investigating potential abuse.
7. Service Availability
Bang Proxies makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable Services
but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Network outages.
- Infrastructure failures.
- Internet routing problems.
- Third-party restrictions.
- Security incidents.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Temporary service interruptions do not automatically entitle a
customer to a refund.
8. Proxy Performance & Third-Party Restrictions
Proxy performance may vary depending on destination, network congestion,
routing, location, third-party restrictions, and other factors.
Bang Proxies does not guarantee:
- A specific connection speed.
- A specific latency.
- Access to a particular website.
- Access to a particular application or platform.
- That an IP address will remain unblocked.
- That a proxy will work with a particular application.
- That a particular IP address will remain available indefinitely.
IP addresses may be replaced, rotated, removed, or changed when
necessary to maintain service quality, security, or network integrity.
9. Third-Party Services
Bang Proxies does not control third-party websites, applications,
marketplaces, platforms, or services.
You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and rules
of any third-party service you access through our proxies.
Bang Proxies is not responsible for third-party account bans,
suspensions, restrictions, verification requirements, IP blocks,
or other actions taken by third parties.
10. Resale & Redistribution
Unless expressly authorized by Bang Proxies in writing, you may not:
- Resell our proxy services.
- Redistribute proxy credentials.
- Share proxy access with unauthorized third parties.
- Represent Bang Proxies Services as your own.
- Create competing services using our infrastructure or Services.
Authorized resellers may be subject to a separate agreement.
11. Suspension & Termination
Bang Proxies reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if
we reasonably believe that:
- The account is being used for illegal activity.
- The account violates these Terms.
- The account presents a security risk.
- The account is being used to abuse or disrupt our infrastructure.
- The customer engages in fraudulent activity.
- The customer attempts to circumvent security, usage, or account restrictions.
- The customer engages in unauthorized resale or redistribution.
Immediate suspension or termination may occur when necessary to
protect Bang Proxies, our customers, our infrastructure, or third
parties.
Termination or suspension resulting from a violation of these Terms
does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact
Bang Proxies support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account
suspension or termination.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights
that cannot legally be waived.
13. Intellectual Property
All Bang Proxies branding, logos, website content, software,
documentation, designs, and other materials provided by Bang Proxies
remain the property of Bang Proxies or their respective licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially
exploit our intellectual property without prior written authorization.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bang Proxies shall
not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to
use our Services.
Bang Proxies is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Third-party website restrictions.
- Third-party account bans or suspensions.
- Proxy blocking.
- Internet outages.
- Network failures.
- Customer misuse of the Services.
- Unauthorized access caused by failure to protect account credentials.
- Changes to third-party platforms or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bang Proxies' total
liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount
actually paid by the customer to Bang Proxies for the specific
Services giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bang Proxies, its owners,
employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims,
damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your violation of third-party rights.
16. Privacy
Bang Proxies may collect and process information necessary to provide,
maintain, secure, and support the Services.
Information may include account information, payment information,
technical information, usage information, and communications with
support.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our
Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without limiting
any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be handled in accordance with
applicable law and any mandatory rights or procedures provided by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force
and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable policies referenced herein,
constitute the entire agreement between you and Bang Proxies regarding
the Services and supersede prior agreements or understandings
concerning the same subject matter.
20. Electronic Agreement & Member Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms.

because a proxy does not work with a particular website, application,
platform, or third-party service.

restrict proxy IP addresses.

I understand that I am responsible for activity conducted through
my account and proxy credentials.

I agree not to use Bang Proxies Services for illegal, fraudulent,
malicious, or abusive activity.

I understand that violation of these Terms may result in suspension
or termination of my account.

I confirm that I am legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
REQUIRED PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood,
and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the
No-Refund Policy. I understand that these Terms constitute a legally
binding electronic agreement between myself and Bang Proxies to the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
I understand that purchases are final and that refunds are not
guaranteed and may only be provided if specifically approved by
Bang Proxies, subject to applicable law.
